This book got published in 2014. It's an interview story with Piero Ferrari about his father Enzo.
It's only available in the Italian language. In a small section they touchbase about Enzo's preferred Ferrari roadcar choice. According to Piero he loved to drive the 2+2's but to build and sell it were the GTs.
And also Piero states clearly it was Enzo who pushed for an automatic version.
