Küstenrallye: Mit dem Ferrari von Henri Nannen durch den Norden

The article does have a small video as well.

According to the article: Der Erstbesitzer sei der berühmte deutsche Verleger und Publizist Henri Nannen gewesen. „Und es sollen in diesem Auto schon berühmte Persönlichkeiten wie Gorbatschow, Schmidt, Mitterrand und Kissinger gesessen haben“.

which translates to:

The first owner was the famous German publisher and publicist Henri Nannen. "And famous personalities like Gorbachev, Schmidt, Mitterrand and Kissinger are said to have sat in this car,"

I have to admit, I didn't know who Henri Nannen was, so hereby the Wiki article:

This car has been spotted before, and it was in 2013:

Ouch - another one bites the dust

This one got posted in the FB group:

Photo Matthias Meckel

When questioning regarding the story I got the following reply:

"Car was reported stolen in 1989 and than found by chance during a diving exercise on the ground of the river Neckar in the south of Germany. The wreck was sold to German Ferrari enthusiast Matthias Meckel but to the best of my knowledge never restored. Matthias passed away a few years ago and I have no info about the remains today."

Update 21-6-2020: The following was posted on FB:
