Ferrari 412 Koenig Special ?

On Instagram I spotted this Ferrari 412 :

I had seen this one before as per blog:

 As such I posted it in the Facebook group and someone mentioned the following:

"That body kit cost 18,000 dollars in the 1990s in Sweden." 

When I asked which company made this bodykit I was told it was done by Koenig. 

I thought Koenig never produced specials for the 400 series as per blog:

You can see it's on the list available to order new but not as a Koenig special.

I'm not aware if they somehow produced a special bodykit for the 412 ...
