1977 Ferrari 400. 21557. Painted in Rosso Sir Ivor with a Nero interior. This was a Maranello part exchange that I bought from the company in the early 1980’s. Perhaps a moment of madness… I love the design of these early 400’s but in my opinion the GM automatic gearbox is totally unsuitable. Apparently it was the only auto gearbox strong enough to accept the torque of the 4.8 litre engine.
