(out of interest I checked a little more regarding the first owner. Apparently this car was registered on the German company "Bekleidungswerke Erwin Hucke". According to this German article - http://www.nw.de/lokal/kreis_minden_luebbecke/luebbecke/luebbecke/20814145_Fruehere-Textil-Unternehmer-Hans-Hucke-ist-tot.html - the company owner Erwin Hucke died in 1965. The company was then handed over to his sons Hans and Uwe. So I suspect the Ferrari 400 was owned by one of them. Hans passed away last year at the age of 73. As for the company: Hucke AG operates as a clothing company in Germany. The company’s stores sell apparel for men, women, and children, as well as offer a range of sports clothing. It markets and sells its products in Germany and internationally. Hucke AG is based in Luebbecke, Germany. When checking further about Uwe I noticed more leads to exclusive automobiles, so I suspect it was his car).
