I know I said this before but it's such a typical spot or location for a 400. Still it seems to be very well preserved. Since it was a shared picture I simply could jump to the FB page of the current owner which revealed some more pictures and additional comments. Apparently it had only 2 previous owners whereby the 2nd owner only had it for 6 months! And it came with all original papers, documents, boardmap, etc, etc. Wow, what a Lucky guy!
