Book : Car and Driver on Ferrari 1976 - 1983

Wow, another book. Describing the Ferrari era 1976 - 1983. By the looks of it they didn't skip the 400. The cover mentions both 400A and 400i. In fact I'm curious about this book. So I searched around a found it overhere in NL (for the Dutchies: http://www.asnbooks.nl/). I ordered one but it turns out it's no longer available. It comes in hard and soft cover. I guess I will enable my search machine again to catch another one.
