And I'm intrigued by it. It's a LHD car on Britsh plates driven by a lady in the Netherlands. 
I could only look up the car is from 1979. Not sure if it's a manual or an automatic.

Ferrari 400 convertibles by Marque Motors + Eurotech

By now I thought I had seen them all. The conversions done by Marque Motors is new to me. I stumbled upon this via the FChat group. Of course all information below is from the guru.

From my research, the following convertible 400s have been attributed to them:

#36641
#41985
#43385
#51699

For both 36641 and 43385 and it seems that it was actually a firm called EuroTech who performed the conversions, presumably sub-contracted by Marque Motors. Perhaps the other Marque Motors 400s were also converted by EuroTech. All I know about them is that they were based in California and also did some TR conversions.

Maranello Concessionaires … 1982 Ferrari 400i Auto. Sadly I no longer have a record of the chassis number but it was registered as SAY 400 in about April 1982 and became our demonstrator. I remember this car so well as did many demonstrations in it. I also think as I did in period it was the best colour I’d ever seen on any 400. Customers thought so too and one insisted upon buying after the demo. Painted in Celeste Gainsborough with Dark Blue VM3282 hides. It made such a change to the previous 400 demo cars that were various shades of Blue, Silver and Brown. The photograph was taken outside of the Colonel’s and Shaun Bealey’s favourite luncheon venue, The Bells of Ouzeley in Old Windsor. Maranello Concessionaires … 1973 Ferrari 365 GT4 2+2. 17243. A high mileage part exchange that I sold privately for the company through the Exchange & Mart in 1979. Painted in Rosso Nearco with Beige VM846 hides. E’la strada piu lunga del nostro Bel Paese

La strada statale adriatica n.16,circa 800 kilometri attraverso 6 regioni dal Veneto alla Puglia.Quest’ultima regione ha il tratto piu lungo di oltre 300 km di bellezze a mio avviso irragiungibili.Nel Parco Nazionale del Gargano attraversi la foresta Umbra.Una strada in altura a quasi 800 metri di altezza dal livello del mare.Strada con tanto di curve che si snodano sotto una fittissima vegetazione,tanto da guadagnarsi il nome umbra che credo in lingua latina significhi ombrosa.

Quel tragitto mi diede l’illusione di essere buon pilota,ma favori un certo alterco con il mio compagno di viaggio,Mia moglie Nicoletta,che minaccio’di proseguire il viaggio alla prossima fermata ove ci fosse una stazione del treno.

Poi firtuna vuole che la strada scende al livello del mare e Vieste ,Peschici e tutta la costa Garganica,ci apparirono con tutta la bellezza che il Mare di queste zone e’capace di offrire.

Era d’obbligo fare una sosta,lo spettacolo era unico,gratuito,e offriva un colore celestiale ed anche pacificatore.

Era impossibile non dimenticare la discussione vissuta poco prima.Respirammo a pieni polmoni e ci abbracciammo.

Ripartimmo dopo avere fatto alcune belle foto che ho ritrovato con molto piacere.

Trani ci aspettava,li si sarebbero uniti in matrimonio due Amici,Vanda e Nicola.

Exotic Ferrari locations: Caracas - Venezuela - Carlos Kauffmann

 Always nice to stumble upon Ferrari 400 in exotic locations.

Apparently there is a 365GT4 2+2 located in Venezuela. This came to my attention per Facebook posting:

Turns out both cars had the same owner. He provided the following update:

This is partial list of most of the important Ferraris that entered Venezuela during the 1950's and 1960's by its rep Carlos Kauffmann (Cavallino 11-96), there were also direct imports then and which were more common in the 1970's and 1980,s, there are 4 carburated Colombos still in Venezuela, hope this helps and that you enjoy!! 1977 Ferrari 400. 21557. Painted in Rosso Sir Ivor with a Nero interior. This was a Maranello part exchange that I bought from the company in the early 1980’s. Perhaps a moment of madness… I love the design of these early 400’s but in my opinion the GM automatic gearbox is totally unsuitable. Apparently it was the only auto gearbox strong enough to accept the torque of the 4.8 litre engine.
